Ok, This is what happened
2 days ago this guy called Turin added me and he managed to scam my unusual charmers chapaeu with some kind of bug that doesnt allow certain things to go through, I checked later on and it turns out he was already a scammer: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198050741548
Then i went on outpost today and checked my Charmers' history and now its been passed onto this guy 'Sniper elite'.
If you check the unusuals he currently has:

Most of them have been passed onto him by his alt scammer accounts: mainly turin and 'SWAT'
