Ok this guy is one of the big fish.
So far I figured out his scamming account, his old selling account and his current selling account.
I also know his real name, his paypal email, his IP and where he lives. If one of the victims wants that information, they should contact me.

    Victim (one of many):
    steamID: Da 5W4GY Cat [5W4G]

    Known info about scammer:
Selling via paypal email [email protected]
    Potential real name: Fernando Lopes
    Area: Barcelos, Portugal
    ISP/hostname: dsl.telepac.pt

Proof: this guy is pretty good so here it gets a little complicated.
He is using seperate accounts to scam and to sell. I found out where he moves the items by following the unusuals he received in trades:
    http://www.tf2items.com/item/965142921 http://www.tf2items.com/item/965142922

He stole unusuals from many people and since he is already tagged for that, I will not go into proving he is a scammer since that is already established.

The interesting part is linking the selling accounts to the scamming account and establishing this is not an innocent buyer.

Note that Pintazz is already tagged as scammer alt on outpost. In addition his conversation is really damning, but we made them from the victims account and while he does have a chatlog and screens, I do not have access to them at the moment. Basically he was really defensive when I asked him where the stuff came from and when confronted with the fact that we had his IP, he claimed I had the wrong one, wrong country (portugal) and that he was using a proxy anyways (why would a legitimate seller ever do that)

Then some of the stuff got moved to a "Soul Mactavish" which I suspected to be an ALT.
So confirm this suspiction, I talked to "Pintazz" and his buyers as well as "Soul Mactavish" and his buyers. I also grabbed their two IP adresses on different days and they are both from the same ISP.

Today I had TheGodOfGaming talk to him while I watched via Skype.
Please not that a lot of the text from TheGodOfGaming is intentionally faked to get the scammer to open up and make the mistake of claming to have nothing to do with Pintazz.

    To sum it up:

    - He claims in all chatlogs that he bought the illegal goods for Diablo3 Gold or other virtual currencies, which is convenient because nobody can ask him for a proof on that.

    - He claimed to use a proxy when we told him we had his IP - no legitimate seller would use an anomymous proxy for trading (and it doesn't work anyways)

    - He used the same paypal email on both profiles and denied it later on

    - He claimed as Soul Mactavish to have nothing to do with Pintazz, indirectly admitting that Pintazz is shady. A legitimate seller would never let somebody talk badly about his ALT like that. The IP addresses and matching paypal email clearly link them

    - He removed everybody who called him out on the connection

I think an outpost admin might help us confirm Pintazz's link to the scammed hats.
Meanwhile I will track him further using the items he stole.

As soon as I get my hands on the Pintazz chatlogs, I will post them here.

Accepted and tagged accordingly - also uncovered one other alt and tagged that too.
