I got this tag a while back from a supposed scam during a spy crab in wich the other player disconnected. I was marked as a scammer but fortunately i was smart to use a middleman and asked him to tell the admins what had really happened . I got my ban clear since my procedure in the spy crab had been correct and returned to using the servers. To my surprise steamrep did not agree and decided to put a tag of caution. I added a user called BUTANE and explained him the situation to wich i got an answer more or like "once a scammer you're always a scammer". I explained to him that i hadnt scammed anyone that the spycrab was preformed normally and he still wouldn't listen. Since having this tag enormously conditioned my ability to Buy and sell items from users i decided to quit trading but the feeling never died. I am here today asking to get my tag removed so i can get back to "business". Since then i have helped some friend of mine with unusual pricings, bought a couple of their backpacks and even bought a buds to a friend of mine since he had no rep and was afraid of being scammed. its all in my rep link below. Have a nice day, any more details needed add me ill be glad to help.

I was the admin that banned him and would support his tag removal

Starved proved himself a trustworthy guy multiple times over.

I dont think you spoke to me, you were never listed a scammer as I can tell and I never delt with uhc/utc tags as I never was apart of the uhc/utc community. the most I would have done is tell you to contact utc/uhc

i'm sorry but that is not true, if you see the reasons why i have a caution tag you will see that it's says it was demoted to caution and therefor implies the scammer tag in the first place. I also remember perfectly the tag SCAMMER written in red in the day i was banned from uhc.

Unfortunately the opportunity to appeal UHC tags expired in the end of 2011. Your appeal started in March 2012, and based on the timeframe an individual had to appeal UHC tags - that period has now long expired. Had you not waited so long to appeal (not sure why you waited till now), it could have been looked into. Here is the link to the decision and time frame expiration:

Sorry, but we cannot make exceptions and thus this appeal is denied - regardless best of luck to you.
