Description:
Was trying to buy 100 keys from him.
He deleted my right after i made the payment.
My friend traded with him before (a small amount of keys), but this time he deleted both of us.

Thank you for your report. May you provide a screenshot of your paypal history, showing you sending the money to him, and a screenshot of your inventory history showing you did not get the keys. If you can do that, we can move this report along.
