hectorm16 told me he was doing a raffle for a bud and that I can give him anything to join. I asked him if he could give me the item in the raffle if I gave him 2 hats. He said yes and to wait tell tomorrow (he is known for rigging raffles when it comes to him getting stuff) When the day finally came I asked him for the buds and he told me No. I was mad and when he tried to give me my items back he wouldn't give me all of them saying "its for my brother." I did warn him of this the day he told me yes for me getting the buds and he didnt care. When it came to the point of him sending me a trade with the buds he was ready to trade and all he had to do was press "Make trade" he then removed me. I am just wanting the buds I was promised.

Update: My friend sent me screen shots of the conversation he had with him and he agreed to giving me the bud and he has yet to do so. I would like an admin of Steam rep to at least warn him of the ban so he knows its serious because he thinks he can get away with this.

Also he runs his raffles not in a steam group but by himself and the winner is chosen by who gave him more stuff and or better stuff. Can he be trade banned for running a raffle wrong?

UPDATE: I obtained buds from a subscriber to my Youtube channel thanking me on my 110 subscribers. My buds are level 100 and the buds he promise me are level 66 here is a update of his backpack with the buds still in there

UPDATE: I have found that he has been reported by another user on this website for running away from a spycrab he lost http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198030794800-hectorm16.46187/
