After that, the guy gets your password, logs into your account and then he transfers all the items into this account http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198071388899 . If you look at his profile from tf2outpost, he has the next message in all his trades


After he transfers the player's unusual into this account wich seems to be also hacked he moves all the unusuals to this account http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198031489630. Here you can see a photo of his backpack from tf2outpost.

If you check the history of any unusual of him you will see that all of them went through the account I've just mentioned.
