He wanted to buy crusader kings complete i listed on steamtrades for paypal . I didn't know steamrep earlier, so i didn't check his rep. After sending him the key he stopped answering.

Unfortunately I lost part of chat on steam so screenshot doesn't cover it all, however I have copied everything into txt earlier.

I know it would be hard to investigate it, but as I see it's not first report on him , so I will add my own to this case.

I can provide screen of paypal transaction list if requested.
