Quick description: That guy added me today and offered 13 buds + 2 bills hats for my Burning Tosslecap, I told him I don't want his offer and a bit after that he told me IMPure will sell him his tossle for 13, thing is IMPure is on my friend list and he declined the offer of 13 buds. Sasha Scout is also banned from outpost and is using my avatar(which is of no importance but is showing that he's an ass).
