So this random guy adds me and tells me to go on this link and go +rep him and vote for him, I saw he was a marked scammer and I knew that link was phish, so I deleted him. http://i.imgur.com/nxW5G.png.

He has a crap ton of fake rep (obvious) and tries to pose as a steamrep middleman. Thank you for looking
