Description: He added me, and I accepted. Told me he lived in Singapore same as me, asked me about my reliability, said my rep wasn't a lot. So I told him I would go first, If he paid in full at once. I checked his steamrep profile, nothing was amiss, seemed to be trustworthy at least to me. Then I asked him if he'd paid, he said yup thanks and deleted me from friend's list before blocking me. Note the time of the last message, and that of my paypal, the money still has not been received. And as I know it Paypal is pretty fast.
