User attempting to scam with the promise of money for certain skins is cs:go.
User had either spammed or sent multiple friend requests, as myself and a friend both received one from this user. User had scammed my friend, so I accepted his friend request knowing what to expect.
Asked a few questions and after touching on the subject of a friend not receiving payment, the user quickly ceased contact with me.

His intent here from the screenshot is not really clear.
