Improper Format 76561198034211768 (Luke)

I am reporting Luke because I let him borrow my unusual because he wanted to see it before he buyed it. He then made his profile private and removed me as a friend after about 1 minute of trying to re add him he blocked me as a friend. The unusual which was stolen was an orbiting peace sign ye olde baker boy. Later after this I found out he was vac banned. If there is anyway I can get back my unusual I would be extremly grateful.

I have known Luke for almost 2 years now. I'll say now HE DESERVES THIS SCAMMER TAG

Luke has been known to be a hacker on l4d2. And somehow out of the blue he pulled out a max head yesterday. I asked him how he got it and he said he gave a bud + unusual baker boy. I asked him what baker boy and he said it was orbiting peace sign. I assumed he scammed it because I wouldn't trust luke with anything. ESPECIALLY not an unusual. Additionally, He has been begging me for free unusuals. lately.
