I've noticed you've got a pointless rule to mark people who aren't scammers or scamming in anyway for just trading with marked scammers. I've traded with a marked scammer and I will continue to trade with a marked scammer. I've broken a rule so do your job and mark me as a scammer even though I haven't scammed anyone. I was marked as a scammer last year in March-April time so I should not be able to appeal to my ban as I've already made an appeal.

Marked Scammer who I was trading with and will continue to do so.

The reason there is a rule against trading with marked scammers is that you would have a chance of receiving scammed items. Also, you are not marked on steamrep and you dont have any bans by valve, so where are you seeing that you are marked?

Well, thank you for your honesty. This is your warning to stop trading with marked scammers. Really, you're only putting yourself at risk.

Best wishes to you and I hope you make better choices in the future. :)
