Details:

Sold him keys via paypal - after a day or so i noticed the money was HELD on paypal, i phoned paypal and they told me to have the man phone them to fix the situation, after i told him to fix the situation that i did not have the money he sent me, i then said he phoned paypal and they said to send an email - which is complete bullshit because i phoned paypal again and they told me the buyer never contacted them.

I kept asking him for a week to resolve the issue because im missing 38$ and he kept saying he did and to wait for the paypal money to come in..

Today is a week from when i did not receive my money, i asked him to please resolve the issue or i would have to proceed with the next step and he removed me from friends.

Do you have the original agreement?
