Well this is my first report for a scammer, so don't blame me if it's poorly constructed.

I'll just go ahead and skip the part when my new friend and I met, so after we had a trade, I greeted him properly he also greeted me in a way, he then told me he was scammed of his Bill's using Paypal.

So he was chatting with the buyer, the buyer saw him in OP, from what I've been told. And when he added him.... the chat kinda explains it.

He supposedly scammed a TS Bill's out of my firend, which is somewhat noob in Paypal / Steam currency trading.

Could you please provide pictures of inventory history showing it in the Steam browser for the entire day?
