    He added me as a friend.And he want Tropico 4 steam key.He said i have more rep than you as you can see and i accepted it.I gave key and he blocked me.Sorry for my bad English.He's already have VAC Ban and have 5 positive comment on steamtrades dunno why.I gave negative comment.I apologize for my bad English.
