After some time, a friend of mine told me about one guy with one unusual hat existing 2 times with the same level.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/backpack/76561198035259028 - this is his backpack, you can easily see that he has 2 exactly same hats with the same level and effect. According to stats.tf, this unusual with this effect and the same level exist only once. Not twice or more times as it may seem. http://backpack.tf/stats/417/5/45

It seems like that this guy duped an item twice, sold one of the three versions he had and he kept 2 others he got. According to backpack.tf premium search, it seems like there is only one lvl 72 unusuals with this effect and its in this backpack http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198049968240 but as you can see in the duper's backpack, there are at least 3 unusuals with the same effect and level. If he got hijacked, he would have only one. One would be sold away from the scammer and he would receive one from steamsupport but there are 2 in his backpack and one more out.

Proof of the dupe: If you check this item id, it seems like he renamed the item or somewhat http://www.tf2outpost.com/item/440,1886571533 .
But if you check the "renamed" item, this ID will shortcut you into the secone one which is in his backpack too... this means he duped the item somehow. This one is the second unusual http://www.tf2outpost.com/item/440,1886940197 .
