I am reposting this appeal because it was removed before and I never recieved a reply.

What happened was I traded a person who was offering 24 keys and 2 refined on a strange gunslinger. He payed 31 keys and 3 refined and then I refused to pay them back. Now due to the mark on my account it has made it impossible for me to pay him back, even if I wanted to. I contacted him a few times trying to work something out but he refused all offers I had made then insulted me. I am not asking that the mark be removed just that it not be permanant. I have been scammed before. I have lost over 16 buds. His fortunes continues to rise and the small amount of items I have is now halted.
