I would like to start off by saying, sorry if I got anything wrong on the information above. But the reason I am making this is because I believe the punishment handed to me is a little over the top, so to speak. I was selling my S. Gunslinger for 26 keys but the only deal I could find was for 24. So I caved in and traded someone who was paying 24 but he added 31 on accident. I took the keys and refused to give them back. Yes I know that is theft but I am not asking for pardon. All I am asking is that this be not permanant. It has become impossible to pay him back. Even if I wanted to. It took a week or so for your admins to accept the report he had made and I had already spent the keys by then. I have been banned from most trading servers and the ones I am not banned from I am unable to trade on. I have also been banned from TF2Outpost and TF2Bazaar. Making it an impossibility to pay him back. The only solution the admin could come up with is that I buy keys from the marketplace but that is not a possibility either. My family struggles to get by as it is and I have no money to do so. I suggested I sell him my only item with value, a B.M.O.C, but he tols me to ask a SteamOP to buy it. And I am not willing to go through the SteamOP list making a fool of myself. Thank you for taking your time to read this and I hope you can respond when you have the time.

I guess you misunderstood me: I had recommanded selling your BMOC to one of the TF2 Outpost traders not SteamOP and just give me the keys you owe me. There are some good offers on Outpost.

To make my point clear: I did not accept the BMOC as refund as it isn't the item you scammed from me. I just want a fair and smooth refund of the 7 keys + 1 ref. (My price offer: 24 keys + 2 ref; I added 31 keys + 3 ref)

As far as I know it is not an IP ban (keyword: Disabling Cookies).
And even then there'd be possibilities to access TF2OP.
You won't be able to put up a trade but you can scroll through offers.
How else do you think other scammer try to make their scammed unusuals to money?
