I was participating in buying a cd key for gish I didn't know the game was a cd key and was surprised at the fact that it was the other person allowed me to activate the key incase i was suspicous of the trade so i did and then I traded the person mid trade my internet spazzed out and I was knocked offline for not even 5 minutes when i came back on the other person had already removed and blocked me from their friends list the next day i had the tag and the other person would not allow me to pay for the game. I think it is unfair that i have the tag i would still be more then happy to pay for the game

After talking to the victim and darryl, I cannot conclude a scam ever occurred.
The victim said he immediately blocked darryl and reported him after he disconnected and so darryl was unable to readd the victim to complete the trade. It is my view that this was a trade gone wrong. The victim is unwilling to accept a repayment of the 5 refined thinking it will let darryl off the hook. This creates a small conflict with being able to lower to a caution, so the scam tag will remain for 4 1/2 months, at that time, he can re appeal the scammer tag down to a caution and attempt a repayment again.

6:13 PM - Starburst: the rest of the fine print: any reported scam activity about you will result in rescinding the deal and a permanent scam tag and so on, i think you get the jist of it

user is warned against anything else popping up as this was a very close case to start with.
