Declined 76561198035800731 (Moonwalker)

Six day ago i've noticed i lost my unusal hat "modest pile of hat with cloudy moon"
My account was hacked by http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198035800731 when i was sleep, and he stole the hat.
I also have noticed message from Steam on my e-mail, requesting accses from new computer, so perhaps he hack my mail too.
Also i have screenshots, if it need i can upload it
