Hello,
I found this (not slur's account) guy/girl through a trade on outpost , went to check if he had enough to pay for what i was going to sell (reserve shooter killstreak kit) and found out, his bp was clean except for halloween potions. In his/her friend list there were 2 people, a guy from the trade i was on (possibly, but unlikely suspicious) and your scammer, as soon as i saw that slur.exe's profile was private i checked here, checked on steamrep, and found this article.
The account i found on outpost: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198104075372/ Checked the outpost profile, no sings of slur.exe on the trades.
PS: Also, is it ok if i trade with the guy/girl even though he/she is probably a scammer?
PPS: My main lenguage is not english, so you might find some grammar nazi crimes.

I wouldn't trade with him just yet, until its proved that he is or isn't a scammer.

OK, i have just traded with this guy, he hasn't stolen my account, he hasn't stolen my items. It was a quick and simple trade with nothing suspicious. I told him that this report was on his SR profile and he even offered to reverse the trade we had just done. I have a screenshot of the chat, if i need to add anything more please let me know.

It was brought to my attention that I have an open report for trading high(ish) tier items with a marked scammer. I would like to take a moment to say that I traded my Max's Severed Head for those specified items from "Get N Or Get Out" on a date prior to being marked on SteamRep. I can provide screenshots of my trade history that confirms the date and time of when I traded with him.

Here is my trade history with "Get N Or Get Out" (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198085205903) on August 6th 2013 at 2:31 PM EST (GMT-6). Note that this was 9 minutes before the account on the account was first reported. He had several hundred hours of TF2 and had several pages of +rep on his profile (although it could have been faked and all). I really had no reason not to trust the user.

I would also like to mention that neither of his two alternate scammer accounts are added to his friends list.
