    Description:
    I Went on a trade server to sell my two hats for metal. This guy named "|Almighty|Turismo" said in the chat "Buying hats,miscs, trade me!"
    I traded him and he had some stuff in his backpack but no metal. He offerd me a dirty tyrant helm for my two hats Worth much more than that. I said not for both, but he said his hat was Worth 5.33 and my two are Worth 3 ref. So i though why not just start fraps and record this and report him for what his doing. I don't want anyone else get scammed by this idiot.

    Dirty tyrant helm = 5.33 ref
