Well, apparently this guy was a donor on this server I was on and was holding a bill's raffle. I joined with 4 keys (Don'thave a pic of the trade). Minutes later I asked if I may retract my 4 keys, apparently he went moment after offline. Later, I add him to ask him for my items back, and he claims he "drew" for the raffle and I lost the raffle. He than quickly tries to transition to giving me 1 key of profit. I refused, asking for my 4 keys. Joe is right, without a screenshot of the trade agreement/raffle agreement, not much can be done.
