Hi guys.
This guy offered somewhere in outpost his P. Energy Softcap 2:1 for an O. Fire Anger + O. Fire Deadcone.
I saw this offer, added him and I said I agree but I had to replace the Dead cone with another hat.
He said no, he wanted only dead cone o. fire.
So I said, well no problem. I will buy one for u. He answer, ok man, just contact me when u done.
I bouth a Dead con in like 10 minutes (also overpaying to do it fast) and suddenly he was offline
After he was offline like 30 hours I realized he blocked me.
He never answer my messages in his post in tr2tp or outpost.
In the end he totally removed me.
Now I see he dont have anymore the P. Energy Softcap but he doesnt got ANY as replacment. Like he gave it away for free, or probably he moved it to other alt account.

Is this a kind ok scamm, guy? I mean, he asked me to buy THAT PARTICULAR HAT to make the deal, and then he did like this?
I m serious trader and I considerate this a pure scamm (scamm = fraud, hoax, swindle, cheat, racket, fiddle...)
Lemme know plz

P.S. Also the profile got like 4-5 friends and almost nothing in his bp.

Update: when I ask him if he is a scammer with alts coz he doesnt got anymore the softcap and he doesnt got anything as replacment, he suddenly close the thread..

update: it's magically apparead Max buds and bills in his account. His outpost and tf2tp are still off btw
