Declined 76561198037382751(FailShark)

I was trading with FailShark, put in all the items I was selling, he offered a defiant spartan for my L'Inspecteur.
I clicked ready messing around, so did he, then the trade spammed out. As the trade spammed out the server I was on crashed. The next thing I knew, I was on the TF2 home page. Checking my backpack I noticed I got the Defiant Spartan but had none of the items I was showing (9 keys in worth.)
I notified FailShark about the misunderstanding, he blocked me and replied to me saying he wasn't going to give me the items back.

Do you have any chat logs/pictures of evidence?

In my opinion you could've just paid that much for a defiant spartan.

That's my opinion but I do believe more evidence is needed.
