Description:
User wouldn't use a middleman, he didn't know I was a marked scammer on SteamRep, which wouldn't have REALLY mattered because I was the one who wanted to use a middleman. The only middleman he agreed to, was most likely his friend, because he would only use one middleman, and it was one he already chose.

We had both agreed on $50 USD for my O.Planets Hotrod (unboxed myself) and I was really in need of the money due to a family issue.
I got him banned on Steam for trading too, so that's why SteamRep says he's banned by Valve.
Just because 1 user is marked as a scammer doesn't mean they should be subject to not be heard from the community to try to get other scammers off the trading business. (To be honest, I feel that marked scammers see scammers more easily, now I know you are thinking "you dirty scammer, why should we help you?" well, I did return the hat, knowing the worth of it, it wasn't because I was afraid of being marked a scammer, I knew it was wrong in the first place but wasn't thinking clearly).

P.S. He is on a forums called "Hackforums" where he is scamming people on their too, I've seen over $300 worth of scam reports put out on him.

Scamming is scamming- we do not hold it against someone if they are marked as a scammer and report another scammer. Just so you know. Scamming is never right under any circumstances so we accept reports from everyone.

With that said, I do need an uncropped screenshot of your trade history for that day as well as a screenshot of your Paypal (please don't crop or shop it) verifying non-payment. Thanks so much and I can continue processing this as soon as I get the information.
