After i restart steam for some reason it stop saving the chat log.

Description:
Good day, I traded 4 Keys + 1 Ref for "Hitman Collection" with this guy ([A4E] Arthas_SVK) but when i tried to add the game to library the i got an error with the gift saying "Unable to add the gift to your game library. The gift may have already been reddemed" so i added him and told him the gift wasn't working he told me to try re-starting steam and i did. after that the gift still not working then i asked him for my items back and he denied to give them back to me, he say "trade is a trade...omfg", my apologies for my English.

So Dear Sleeping sUn,
I really dont know why that game doesnt work....never have had problem like this.....Have 20-40 trades per day and everything was good....I never somebody scamm-that is not my style...I told you..."try to contact steam support".....dont know help more....

BTW Already sold so many Giftable games and every games were ok....so Really dont know where is a problem...
P.S.: Sorry my poor english...

You traded the game and its your responsibility if the game doesn't work why i have to lose my items? and try to connect steam support. its your fault, take the responsibility and give my items back i will give the gift back to you. but i wont argue with you. let the Steamrep admins decide whos is right.

I tried to add the game to my library today and its working now. sorry for trouble.

Like I said ...I am not ****ing scammer....
So next time pls be more patient....
