Some kid wanted to buy my backpack. I wanted to keep some items. We agreed. Later on, he decided that the items i kept were not fair. The items were genuine items i got by buying games in pre-purchase. Note that i didn't get paid while we were trading so he still had the money. He threatened to report me if i didn't agree with his terms. I didn't feel like taking his crap as i had work the next day. So here i am trying to show the chat log where he and i both mention that i am allowed to keep items. If he didn't like what i kept, he could have just ended the deal. Why was there any need for me to get a caution flag?

Our agreement was 150 USD for your bp minus the geniunes and the 2 strangers you wanted to keep.
When you started to change the deal i said clearly stick to the deal or i will be forced to rapport it as a scam attempt which it still in my eyes.

Then you did threaten me with when you are as high up the ladder as you are then you could do anything.

The admins have all the screens and entire convo Elite, even where you suddenly change the deal and start keeping other items and say "oh chill i am still giving you a good deal" and more.
So really post EVERYTHING and stop changing stories you went from - Scamming: "a confidence game or other fraudulent scheme, especially for making a quick profit; swindle." Deceptive "perceptually misleading".
Which i have commited of none. I was marked with caution because the person i was trading with could not read what i wrote and just to conclusions.
There are lines where i have stated that i want to keep items. There is a line also where he states that i am to keep some of my items. When we traded, i kept some items like we spoke about. He was not happy with this. Is this my fault that he doesn't like the items i wanted to keep. If he was upset, he could have ended the trade and returned my items. Which he did. Does one need to be considered a scammer when the other trader could not comprehend the words stated. I respect the judgments of the admins but i think you should look harder at the chat log. This is the chat log you posted on your report. This is the same one i picked up and just circled my friend. If you weren't happy with a deal, you just end it. You don't report people because you can't read what i wrote....infact, you said it to. Refer back to the red circles.

The guy buys backpacks, so in general that is ALL in a backpack. so negotiations are:
- Price of the backpack: Check!
- Listing exceptions of items that are EXCLUDED of the trade BEFORE starting to trade: Check!
And then YOU not delivering everything as agreed.

My real opinion? You tried to run out with the money before 3rd trade happened, and hoped he would press the payment once 2nd trade was done, to disappear yourself.

We're no fools here. Go recheck the number of scammers listed (http://steamrep.com, top right), we know exactly all tactics used.

Why would i need the money first ahha. He can give you the chat log. We agreed to pay me after he got all the stuff first. He showed me his steam rep so i trusted he would keep his word.
