Description: Attempted to buy 29 keys from SourceOP: http://forums.sourceop.com/threads/125530-Quickselling-keys-1-20-ea , seller said they never received payment, PayPal says otherwise. Two other users have had similar complaints.

I would say always run a person through steamrep + steamrep forums(steamid64) since some might not be tagged, but usually someone is reporting them already, Anyways In this case I would say, Talk to paypal, And speak to them about what happened(If you are lucky they will give you the money back)

Please check SteamRep before you trade. This guy was marked as a scammer alt back in April. I've added this to his notes since he's already tagged. Thank you for the report.
