Improper Format 76561198038470634 (?)

During this transaction my friend is new to tf2 and had a pretty good amount of stuff. He traded with this so called admin, which is probably fake or true. My friend accidentaly traded his gen. Ballonicorn which he got from ordering the life size item in real life.. He didn't mean to and the scammer Negotiated with him and gave him 5 keys for all of his Backpack which is worth over 12+ (mostly from donations from me)
