I'm sorry for my english because I'm german. Yesterday I tried to get a bud because i want to trade a game for it. This guy added me and say he have a bud. I accepted give him the 24 Keys i say in my trade. I was so happy because i tried really long to find a guy who sell the game i seach and he reserved it for me but i was so happy that i forgot to check the items... . Today i add this guy again and say him that i want a real bud not a gifted but he do like he dont know me! I only want a normal bud and he don't give me back my keys or one of the 3 buds he have!!! I would be really happy if this work and i get my item

I was so happy i forgot to make pictures or anything else but i have a friend (the guy who wants to trade the game) who can say to he scam me.

It is not about my thoughts. I just think the admin would appreciate pictures of chat as a proof.

I hope i'll get my keys back or a normal bud. I'm not a pro trader i only want this game and i work so hard for it. I trade every day more than 3 weeks and then one guy destroy the whole work!

Also, you could add the screenshots of the trades from your inventory history: Steam Profile > In the sidebar: Inventory > Above the tabs to the right: View Inventory History > Then find your trade in the list and make a screenshot.

Tip: you can hover any item to get the popover with it's description. That way it could be identified easier.

Without pictures of chat it could be really hard to judge if it was a scam or not. Pictures you provided show that you got gifted buds for 24 keys, but without pictures of chat we don't know what you both agreed for. What we know is that earbuds have been gifted by Ðiego™ 2 who is a scammer.

In any case, wait for a moderator or an admin.

I say in my trade Bud not gifted Bud! I have no screenshot because i was so happy that i reach a bud for a game i want so much. And this person destroy all and i can't sell the bud for my 24 Keys so i can't get a normal one! My last hope is the choice of a admin ... if he say no I don't know what to do. I can scam someone other to get my stuff but i don't want that. :-( I don't understand why he do that I mean he had 5 Bud he is "rich" I'm a little trader why he scam me and not a big trader who have more!!!

Only Valve can ban people. Steamrep just marks them

This isn't really scamming, sorry. He isn't obliged to tell you if it was gifted or not, it's your responsibility.
