This is the only chat log I could get because I have closed the first chat log prior to Paypal mailing me that the payment has been held back. Payment details of the first trade with the held status Payment status of the 2nd trade with held status. The scammer just added me on steam without any reply from my forum threads. We negotiated on the price of the key then he said he's having a break for a few minutes. He then tells me that the payment has been sent without notifying me first about it so I didn't have the time to tell him to put a "no refund" on the note. Regardless, since he has already sent the payment, I traded with him. When I was about to trade him , the steam canceled it. He said that he's VAC is not enabled so I have to send it to his friends. Then Jeff comes in and I give to him the items. Few minutes later he wanted to buy more keys. The chat log then tells the other part of the story. Minutes later Paypal emailed me about a dispute. Please investigate this the soonest you can. I'm very tired of doing extra efforts for this scammers. I really hope we can also find their main and dummy accounts if there is one.
I really didn't look back on my inventory after this event but an hour later I notice that my keys are still on my inventory. I am not sure if steam reverted it or the server didn't load properly but I can see that the Jeff person I traded with has his keys increased. We've got a power surge in few hours and when I went back all the keys are now gone.
Any update in this one? I'm pretty sure they dummy accounts but I just wish they get removed as soon as possible before they do another scam attempts from paypal. My dispute is still ongoing right now.
