I wish to re-appeal under the circumstances that the judgement was unfair the first time. In the past 9 months, many trades were denied to me for having this tag, and it is, and has been extremely inconvenient.

It has been a week now, I understand everyone is very busy. It would be great if someone could find some time to reply soon.

Most appeals take longer than a week. Some take months to process. Each one is looked at carefully and the appeals team gathers any and all relevant evidence pertaining to both sides of the story including personal interviews from those involved. You'll just have to be patient.
