I apologize for the previous thread, I pre-maturely posted it, and am now unable to edit it, so I must create a new thread.

I'm going to start out with an explanation for this scam report, as I am not the victim, as seen above. This all started when a steamtrades report was made, and I read over it. This guy (Sonny) had a bunch of people he knew -rep another person (the victim) after Sonny basically scammed Schwarz.

This is going to be a bit of a long thread, so if you end up reading it all, I thank you, and I apologize for using so much of your time.

Here is what happened to the victim:

A successful trade that went went un-successful. Schwarz decided to hold onto the gift url, and when he decided it was time to use it, it didn't work.

https://www.humblebundle.com/gift?key=Fxy3nTPZerqbDmsC (As seen in the picture above)

This is not because the gift had been used by another user, but because it was revoked. There are no recorded accidents of the Humble Bundle team deleting a gift url. It is speculated by me, that the reason it was removed was due to money reversal. (i.e Credit Card fraud, PayPal scamming, etc).... I know this because I have experienced the same type of scam, and see it happen quite allot.

If you would take a look here:
    http://www.steamtrades.com/forum/6DFVQ/about-the-guy-lying-me-scammingsolved

You would see that Sonny/Nir fails miserably at defending his case against various users, but convinces Schwarz to drop the case, and stop caring. (Simply by removing the negative rep his friends gave him, and by fluffing up the truth quite a bit.) I confronted Schwarz, and asked him why he was dropping the case. He told me:

He's basically saying that NirWantsGames/Sonny told him that it's not his fault, it's what his seller did. (You'll have to pardon his english, as it's not his first language).

In essence, Sonny told Schwarz that the person he buys the bundles from cancelled the payment, because you are only allowed to buy 4 bundles per IP, and he wanted to buy more bundles. I personally believe that this is a "load of Bologna". Seeking transaction reversal can take days, unless you file for an unauthorized payment, in which the reversal is typically instant. The gift url became "Unknown" merely hours after it being sent.

I asked Schwarz for Sonny/Nir's steam profile so I can could confront him, and seek the truth in the situation. (As Schwarz is likely not the only victim here, he's just one of the first to open his mouth/make a report and jump the gun. Plus steam keys don't get revoked when a Humble Bundle Gift/Page is deleted, so typically buyers don't complain, as long as they keep their steam keys.)

    The chat converges.

As seen above, I don't take too kind to scammers, and people I believe are lying to me, I played hardball, and I think I got the necessary information out of him.

Basically, when confronted about his buyer, he claimed to know nothing, doesn't know the guy on steam, doesn't know the guy on skype, but met him on teamspeak, on a server he does not remember, he doesn't remember. But, what he does tell me is that he payed the guy $2 for every bundle, and that he "believed" he was legit. (Again I don't think this Russian guy even exists). So when I confronted him about the $2 payments he made, he didn't respond for a solid 10 minutes, I threw emoticons his way, poked prodded, he responded, and couldn't find basic information in his own PayPal's transaction history. It is virtually impossible to lose that kind of information.... It isn't even possible to delete fragments from your paypal transaction history.

Also, how hard is it to lose a bunch of $2 payments in your transaction history? This guy in the thread (Before I ever even talked to him) goes so far as to say:

    (as seen here http://www.steamtrades.com/forum/6DFVQ/about-the-guy-lying-me-scammingsolved )

If above, what he says is true, that would mean that he's traded 60+ bundle at that time to different users. I'm not sure about you Random Reader/Mod/Admin, but if I had to type in an email for a payment of $2 60+ times, I don't think I'd ever forget that email, and my PayPal transaction history would be flooded with $2 payments, that would be easily found by anyone who has one eyeball.

This is evidence that the "Russian" guy doesn't exist, and that means that this is all pinned on Sonny, as I originally suspected. At this time, I presume he as traded 80+ bundles to different users, purchased through illegally acquired credit cards, this person doesn't deserve to ever trade again, as supported by the evidence above.

Thanks again for reading, I hope I've supplied enough information to get this guy marked as a Scammer.
