    Although I don't have solid proof in the form of screenshots, etc. I'm pretty sure that the following is solid enough to warrant a mark.
    1. The two accounts have the same avatar
    2. In a more recent scam report (albiet it's currently improperly formatted), the described scam is exactly how this particular user scammed so many other people. ( http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/help.13229/ )
