Description:
I was surfing as stated in the chat and this random guy added me. I have come used to this as I use TF2 trading websites a lot.
Then he tells me that he has to scan my unusuals because they are scammed/duped.
I closed the chat window before reading the HOWTO report fully, so I do not have the full version of our conversation, but the image shows most of it.
