    Description : He added me because of a tf2op post i made. He said he had some keys ref and an unusual. He did, I checked his inventory. I sent him some of the money agreed upon for the unusual, we agreed on 15, i sent him 10. He said he never recieved the money on paypal, he asked for more. I refused to send it. He is already banned from trading, but the steamrep search wasnt working atm so i went of the rep from his steamid. And then he stopped replying.
