Description:
I was offering to trade Tropico 4 when a trader invited me wishing to trade it for a pair of game keys. Although I was reluctant at first, feedback posted on the user's profile showed that the user seemed reliable and SteamRep did not show that they were a scammer. The user was ingame on Awesomenauts during the entirety of the trade.

Once I traded over the game, the user did not reply with the keys and simply stopped responding to my messages. Whenever I tried to open a trade window with them afterwards, the client said that they were not available to trade. As of the time of writing, it has been almost an hour since their last reply.

Hello, could you provide:
1.) A screenshot of your inventory history showing that you traded him your game
2.) A screenshot of you attempting to add him and the message saying you aren't allowed to add him
Make sure they're uncropped, and upload all of your screenshots [including the ones of the chat] using the "Upload a File" button near the bottom. Thanks
