Description:
So I don't know if it's still scamming if the subject is stupid enough to give out his info like that, but he openly admitted it was theft. Apparently the scammer told him he was trade banned and needed help.

Please let me know if there is anything else I need, tried to copy the example.

Awesome, just want to say that he was able to get most of his items back from steam support, but not the Houwar, we've talked with the guy who has it and he apologizes, but isn't able to do anything sadly. Otherwise he would be out quite a lot as well.

We don't generally tag people for admitting to a scam unless more evidence is presented. If the victim would like to make an report and do this, then he/she can.
At least they're trade banned.
