Gave me his word that he would do a trade back if I was not satisfied, but then blocked me when I asked for one. He took my 2 buds + Strange festive knife for his Smoking Tyrant's Helm. He's currently trying to sell my knife on outpost. Just want to get him flagged or warned or something. Pretty upset about this.

So, if I am correct - this report is because you "weren't satisfied" with the hat that you traded for, and he wouldn't trade you back after you both agreed on a price and performed the trade? That's more of a broken guarantee than it is a scam. You paid 2 earbuds and a strange festive knife for a hat that you received, and you knew what you were getting when both of you agreed on the trade. While it stinks that the seller did not honor the agreement that was informally made, I don't feel this merits a scammer tag. This is more of a misunderstanding.

To me, I feel that once a trade has been performed and both parties agree, unless a completely formal guarantee (yours was one line and not very specific) is made, then we don't have much to go off of. Sorry.
