Description: I believe Sliced Toast is either A) Buying keys with a stolen CC from the Mann Co. Store, then selling them cheap (to increase demand). Or B) Buying stolen keys from scammers who either bought them via stolen CC or scammed them. Much like the "Kostamos" incident (where I got stung) and the most recent "Just" incident http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198058732982-just.18349/ , these guys will soon be banned by Valve, and marked on SteamREP.
