It would seem the reasoning behind this is because I +rep'd a trade banned account. His account information is as follows:

It's worth noting that he's an SR Donator and that he is now able to trade properly.

What happened was basically I bought buds from him and payed with paypal. He traded with an alt and told me to +rep his main account, so people would know he was trustworthy despite the account being banned from trading at the time.

I was also told to contact HelenAngel, so, here I am.
