In the future, make sure the title of your report is the steamID64 of the scammer, in this case, the title would be: 76561198042011263 (exCancelBot)

Also, what were you supposed to receive? If it was something that could be traded via steam trading such as TF2/Dota 2 items, could you provide a screenshot of your trade history showing that you didn't receive your items (could you also show the entire chat to show the full agreement)?
