Situation:
Im here to report a player who just scammed me under the name of RikiWithLothars, he wanted to buy my unusual war dog courier and we agreed for the price!
He said he will make the payment via paypal but insisted to get the unusual courier first!

In the first place I refused but he said I got no reputation and he doesn't want to be ripped off (we had a conversation 2days ago), well based on the comments left in his steam profile page, I decided to trust him today and gave the unusual first...of course, that was the big mistake cause I never heard from him after that...please can you guys advice me?
