My account was hijacked in summer, steam support recovered it very late(2weeks later...)
The guy which hijacked my account, was scamming games, a lot of them, and steam banned my account intrading, then ban ended, my account became in probation, I contacted with support to remove it, they removed it, but now i wanna trade some games which i bought in this autumn sale, and almost all people is checking steamrep and.... they see me as a scammer.. How can I fix this now ?

You're going to want to re-read all the rules for submitting an appeal:

First, you should be logged in with Steam to make this appeal. Without doing that then this will be closed without anybody considering your appeal.
Second, please include screenshots of the ticket you sent to Support to get your account back. You're going to need to provide screenshots of the full ticket, the only thing you are allowed to censor is personal information.
Third, uploading a picture of your SteamRep won't do much - we can look at it by looking up your profile
