    Description: Paypal fraud attempt on my Moon T.C. 2000$ cash offered took almost 20 minutes to make his screen shot of his "paypal" altered font. Refused to even buy 1 promo saying promos are only good for tf2 and paypal is good for everything. 48 play hours on an account made 4 months ago with 3 friends.
    This user at least deserves a caution if not a ban. hes going to revert someone soon if you don't stop him.
