I traded some game long ago for paypal money and that guy refund money on paypal and i request for revoke game which i send to him and he reported me.

INS, after reviewing you tag, you have been banned by Valve and that results in an "automatic" scammer tag. As a result, there is nothing we can do unless Valve decides to unban you. What you will need to do is send your appeal to Valve via a Steam Ticket. If Valve lifts the ban, then your tag will be SR Scammer only and the Valve part will drop off.
