Description:
This f✿✿✿✿✿✿ scamer, tried to scam me, he wants my bubbling AA. for about less than 15 keys.. at first he offered 4 keys and 8 refs. then started spamming craft hats... and i think he was trying not allow me to take pictures, becouse i said him scammer..
then he said me a bud is 4 keys. becouse i said him that he is giving me about 8 keys, and price for me was 2bud...

stupid scammer. i want justice. for that kinde of persons, they are the shame of tf2.

Was there any actual attempt to scam you? He, at worst, seems guilty of low-balling and that's not usually a mark-able offense. However if you have anything that shows him trying to con you out of your items in some dubious way then you'll also want to post that.
