I am the first owner of this hat. What happened: I got this hat a few weeks ago and have been seeing what I could get for this hat. More recently, I put up a post on TF2outpost.com and posted the buy out offer at 10 buds. I had received some offers, but I was still looking. when another guy had offered to pay the buyout and to add him, then I saw that another guy posted and said to be careful, he could be scammer. So my immediate thought was to have him add me instead. when I next looked at my page, it showed he was blocked out TF2Outpost.com. a few hours later while playing TF2, I noticed that I no longer had my hat. it was gone. I checked the history on TF2 outpost to see where it had gone. I talked with some of the guys there, and they told me about some guys that they got it from that was not on the list. I began to talk with those guys. It felt like an endless rabbit hole. Then talking to another guy, he suggested to look at my steam trading history page. So I did. Then I saw ∞ Is Officially Insane had taken both my Unusual "Anti-Freeze" Connoisseurs Cap and my crate #40. That is what happened.
